About optin4

Two people, no office, one inbox.

Optin4 is two people and no office. Bishal is in Wisconsin. Manoj is in Nepal. Between us the studio is awake for most of any 24 hours, which turns out to matter more than it sounds when an agent we built breaks at 3 a.m. for the people using it.

We started it in September 2026 because we kept building small tools for ourselves and for people we knew, and wanted a name to put on them. We're forming the company in Wisconsin.

A 24-hour dial. Wisconsin's working day and Nepal's working day sit on opposite sides, so between them most of the day is covered. 00061218 UTC 24 hours

We started Optin4 for weeks like these

Every early team has a job that nobody was hired to do and everybody ends up doing.

  • "The support inbox doubles every time we ship."

An agent reads it first, drafts the easy replies and flags the ones that need a person.

  • "Someone loses Friday afternoon to updating the CRM."

An agent keeps it current from what already happened in email and chat.

  • "The call ended and nobody wrote down what we agreed."

An agent turns the call into a summary and next steps before the next meeting starts.

  • "We're owed money, and chasing it feels awkward."

An agent drafts the reminders in your tone and waits for your OK before anything goes out.

  • "We only notice the change after a customer tells us."

An agent watches the site, feed or folder and tells you the moment something moves.

  • "We know AI could help. We just don't have anyone to build it."

That's the whole reason we exist.

What we stand for

Four things we won't trade

  • Opt-in, never opt-out

No dark patterns, no forgotten subscriptions, no data we don't need.

  • Built, not pitched

We show what exists and say what's still in progress.

  • Small on purpose

Two people, direct access to the founders, fast decisions.

  • Admit limits

"Not yet" and "we're still deciding" are real answers here.

Why "Optin4"

Why the name Optin4

Because the only software worth making is software people choose. Opt in for a tool that does one thing, for an agent that asks before it acts, for a company you can email and get a founder back. The 4 is the "for". It also makes the domain easier to get.
