How we're different

Four things you can count on

We're a two-person team, so the people who scope your agent are the ones who build it.

  • 01

    Opt-in by design

Agents ask before they act until you turn that off.

  • 02

    Shipped in weeks

A working version in two to four weeks.

  • 03

    Nothing locked to us

Code, prompts and a runbook in plain English.

  • 04

    Two time zones

Wisconsin and Nepal, so someone is usually awake.

Services

Agents that take a job off someone's plate

Triaging support, chasing invoices, summarizing calls, keeping a CRM honest. If a job keeps eating someone's week, an agent can probably do it.

  • Inbox and queue triage

Reads an inbox or a queue and drafts the reply, the ticket, or the record.

  • Call and meeting notes

Turns calls, meetings and notes into summaries and next steps.

  • CRM and spreadsheet upkeep

Keeps a CRM or a spreadsheet current from what happens in email and chat.

  • Watchers

Watches a source (a site, a feed, a folder) and acts when something changes.

  • Inside your tools

Sits inside a tool your team already uses, instead of adding a new one.

  • Something else?

Tell us the job. If it shouldn't be an agent, we'll say so on the first call.

How we work

From first call to handover in about a month

Small on purpose: two people, direct access to the founders, fast decisions.

  1. Week 0

    A call, then a one-page scope

We find the one job worth automating first. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you on the call.

  2. Weeks 1 to 4

    A working version

Running on your data, with a human approving every action until you trust it.

  3. Handover

    It's yours

You get the code, the prompts, a runbook in plain English, and a recorded walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us.

  4. Optional

    Upkeep

A monthly retainer if you want us to keep it tuned. Most teams don't need it after the first quarter.

Opt-in, applied to agents

An agent that asks before it acts

Every agent we ship is opt-in by design. If a job needs an agent to be sneaky to work, we'll pass.

  • It asks before it acts, until you turn that off.
  • It logs what it did and why.
  • It never sends a message in your name that you haven't seen a sample of.
invoice follow-up agent Example
  1. Checked the books. 3 invoices are more than 14 days late.
  2. Drafted 3 reminders in your usual tone.
  3. Logged why: due dates passed, no reply to the first notice.
  4. Waiting for your OK before sending anything.
An example agent log. The agent finds three late invoices, drafts reminders, logs its reasons, and waits for approval before sending.
A 24-hour dial. Wisconsin's working day and Nepal's working day sit on opposite sides, so between them most of the day is covered. 00061218 UTC 24 hours

Round the clock, by geography

One of us is usually awake

One founder is in Wisconsin and one is in Nepal. Between us the studio is awake for most of any 24 hours, which matters when an agent breaks at 3 a.m. your time.
